Remove scale

I believe I have a scale issue. what would be a good product to remove some of this blotchiness?

I’m not the original owner. Could this blotchiness be from the install of the pebble tec or is it some other stain or accumulation
?

If it were scale, I’d expect to see it on the waterline on tiles. I don’t really see it there.

Bumping thread to see if an expert can chime in. I’m just seeing a nice looking pool. 🤷‍♂️
 
What leads you to believe it's scale?
What does the surface that you think has scale feel like compared to areas you think aren't scaled?

As @reggiehammond states, it doesn't appear you have any waterline calcium scale buildup. And your test results don't reflect a scaling condition.

When did you notice these areas?
How old is the plaster/pebble surface?
