Our jandy pool heater has never worked correctly since installation. The pool installer has come out three times to reset the IAquaLink but we’ve missed work to call Jandy to try to sort it out. Until Thursday we could turn on the heater for pool or spa remotely but now even resetting breakers the Jandy unit is just not working. Of course they are closed. Any suggestions??

Remote TSTA display is correct if your heater is connected using the 2 wire control.
For a new Aqualink and heater install the RS-485 connection should have been used as described in the manual.
