I have an Iaqualink 2.0 with my pool and spa. We use a Jandy, JXI, pool and spa heater. It all connects perfectly to the app. All features and functions seem to be working well. For some reason, the spa heater will not come on. The app says standby, the heater says remote, T-Stat enabled. The red indicator light on the breaker will not come on, but there is clearly power to the unit. I believe it must be something simple, but I am stuck, and can’t figure out how to get the heater to come on. I did all the standard stuff. I reset the breakers. I made sure all the levers were moving appropriately. I made sure water was flowing through the heater when it was turned into spa mode. The indicator light goes to green and says standby. Anybody give me a couple ways to troubleshoot?

Welcome to TFP.
The red indicator light on the breaker will not come on, but there is clearly power to the unit.

Show me a pic of what red indicator light you are discussing?

The indicator light goes to green and says standby.

Indicator light where?

I would check the 2 wire firemans switch connection between the heater and the Aqualink panel. It may have come loose or been broken.

Green is standby, red indicates the Jandy has completed the circuit to allow the heater to light. Your Jandy is not doing that.
This usually indicates that there is a problem with the in-pipe water-temperature sensor for the Jandy system. With the pump running does the water temp shown on the app indicate the correct temperature (at least close)? Are the wires from the temp sensor damaged (usually rodent damage)? You can also get into the diagnostic menu and it will give you an idea of what might be wrong with the temp sensor. Sometimes it will say its OK, but the temperature reading is very far off and you know that it is bad.
