Just had a new liner installed and water delivered. The new water is 220 TA, 8.2 PH and 325 CH.

Add muriatic acid at the return with the pump running.
Use Poolmath. Enter the 8.2 for pH and 220 TA. Target pH of 7.5. Add the acid and test after an hour or so. Add more if you do not reach 7.5.
The TA will fall over time when you lower your pH from 8 to 7.6. If you wish to rush that, see Lower Total Alkalinity - Trouble Free Pool
