Recommended umbrella sleeve for baja?

Curious what new installs are using for umbrella sleeves... I have seen some with the common plastic ones and some using the Tucci in-ground mounts (manual)where you can slide your stand umbrella over, drill hole through and put a pin.

Recommends for umbrella baja sleeve?

Ended up just going with plastic sleeve was too much trouble to locate it, proper grounding, timing with hydrazzo etc etc....

Ok , I was planning to put in deck not in pool shelves but not sure if common plastic one is fine or I need aluminum
