Recommended Ranges for Testing

Hi! I recently downloaded the app for Pool Math and like the mobility but I noticed that the ranges for the chemicals were different than the ones on the original pool math calculator. Which values do I use?

Here are my testing values for today:
FC--1.7
CC-0.0
CYA-25
TA-60
Ph--7.4
CH--170

*I was surprised my CYA had lowered from 40 to 25....I tested it about a week ago. Could it be weather (rain) so I know I need to add Acid. TA on website says goal is 80-120 and app says 50-90. All of these values are different. I just need to know which ones to use. Thanks !

I specifically noticed the Alkalinity being different.

I do not see anywhere on this forum that TA is recommended to be in the 80-120 range.
