So , my pool store recommends my Alkalinity between 100-120. Other sources, have a similar recommended range. However, according to TFP my level is just fine. Why such the discrepancy in recommended levels? And do I go by adjusted or just alkalinity?

Also, my pool store recommended range for calcium is 175-225. Is my calcium too high?

Taylor K 2006C

Hi , this is hard to find in Ontario. However, I found someone online looking to sell new for $200 CAD. Any suggestions on what I should look for to make sure its legit? Thanks

You have a vinyl liner. Your CH is fine.

I use Taylor 2005C . When I tested alkalinity it was 80. Is this level ok? It's on the low end of Taylor recommendation.

Also, my Calcium hardness is above range according to Taylor.

Please post your own results. You need to get a FAS-DPD for FC testing.

TA of 80 is fine. If your pH is stable, great.

Your CH is fine.
