Raypak rollout sw open?

Hi,
I have a 400 series raypak heater. I blew a rollout switch a few weeks ago and now have had it happen again.

I read about cleaning the orfices for a possible spider blockage and a coat hanger trick but am confused on where that area would be.

I have a spare switch but would like to give it a cleaning tomorrow before putting a new switch in again.

Was it windy out?

We have seen random rollout switches blow because high wind causes the flame to get pushed back into the cabinet. There’s a special stack you can purchase for high wind situations and even a “powered” flue stack option as well.
