Raypak R410A (electric) Sensor Open all sensors

I just had a pool installed this past summer and have not had to use the new Raypak electric pool heater. When we turned power
on and it shows Sensor Open for all sensors as they blink one at a time. There appears to be 3 sensors that it states are open. Any ideas?

Why not make a warranty claim with the installer?

I have and they are taking forever to help. Was hoping to see if someone had been through this if it was something simple that we are missing?
