Raypak R267A ignition failure, no pilot sensed codes.

i replaced the control board and heater ran fine for hour. came back and heater was off, displaying above codes. i can hear spark, however when i look into burners i don't see any spark. any help applicated. thanks i unhooked the red wire and indeed there is spark coming from control panel. is my next step to replace pilot ASSY?

The pilot isn’t sensed within 90 seconds.
The buzz buzz buzz is the electric igniter, the gas valve is a click. I would turn gas off and pull the igniter to see if you have a spark. Edit * I didn’t see your edit above, as long as you are sure there is no spark at the igniter.
