Raypak Heater temp readout

I have my new Raypak 266k heater running and just ha done thing catch my eye. Before the heat was on the temp readout on the raypak matched what my easytouch readout was saying. Now with the heat being on the Raypak temp readout is reading 10 degrees warmer than the easytouch. The Easytouch is controlling the heat but I am curious if there might be a problem with the heater temp sensor.

That was my though initially as well. But no. It is plumbed correctly. When looking at the side of the unit the water goes in the left side and our the right. That is how the manual shows it as well.

Does the heater temperature go back down when the heater is off?

Maybe low flow.

How many gpm is the heater getting?

Is there an external bypass?

I turned it off for a couple minutes and it did not go back down but I don't know how often it is polling the sensor. I am running the Intellifo VS pump at 2100 RPM while the heater is on. There is no external bypass.
