Hello there, I have a Raypak Pool heater model 406A which isn't starting up anymore. When I turn it on, it doesn't show the temperature but just displays "RV1 000". This isn't listed as an error code in the manual and I'm guessing RV1 just stands for the firmware version. Any ideas on what to do and how to diagnose this ?

I called Leslie's, they have a technician coming out eventually, as with everything they are backed up and the appointment is almost a month away.

So I went thru the process of disconnecting everything on the circuit board, turns out the keypad is malfunctioning or has a short. Once disconnected the temp display shows up. Guess I need to buy a new keypad and install.

Let us know if a new keypad fully resolves the problem.
The keypad did resolve the error but the board itself had more issues, stuck on spark after keypad was replaced. Replaced both the keypad and the board, all good now, just in time for fall.
