Random Q about plaster :)

A good plaster crew should be able to bang out a pool that size in a few hours. Plaster companies typically plaster 3-4 pools per day to make it profitable.

If it rains (mild rain) while they are plastering, then they can (and should) tent the pool while working. If it’s a massive downpour, then they should not start the job.

Rain water is aggressive towards plaster and so the pool should be filled as quickly as possible. Normally there’s not enough volume in a rain storm to affect filling much but it depends on the storm. Staining would only be an issue if the rain caused runoff to goninto your pool.

Thanks so much!
