Just had two Intelliflo’s installed. Installer told me to keep an eye on GPM to gauge when to backwash. I backwashed one unit and when I turned back on the display now show Watts and not GPM. It may be because I tripped the breaker to turn off (habit from old pumps).
Next time I guess I should just turn pump off from control panel.

how do I get the pump to display GPM again and not Watts?

I read the manual but cannot figure it out.

Thanks!!

You should monitor filter pressure for when you need to backwash. When your filter pressure rises by 25% over clean pressure, it is time to backwash. Select an RPM to record the clean pressure then weekly or as often as necessary run the pump at that RPM to check the filter pressure.

What specific model number IntelliFlo? Pentair makes a bunch of them.
