Hi there,
(In Southern New Jersey)
Our pool builder is attempting to plaster today. In the fall, they made mistakes on where we were putting the new lights (The nicheless ones). So they had to re-core drill in two spots. When I spoke to the operations manager in the fall, he mentioned that they would have to patch the gunite in those spots and then plaster over them. The guys showed up at 5:45am to beat the rain this morning. From my security cameras, I see no patching occuring- it looks like they just filled the holes with plaster. Is that appropriate? Or is it going to be weak in those spots?
The plaster is CL industries SunStone Pearl (Aqua Blue) if that makes a difference.
Asking before I make a big deal about it- I assume it's wrong but I am not an expert.
