Question about a circulation pump

I was wondering if this circ pump could be used to pump water from a rainwater reservoir? It certainly seems to have the HP (1.5) but not sure it will "pump" water (especially up a 5 ft grade) as it was designed to recirculate water.

It likely has the head to lift the water. Its flow will be reduced.

A.O. I needed a pump with with in/out fittings,not one that pulls water from the bottom. Looks like a good pump for draining the spa for sure.
