Hi All,

Has anyone had this issue of the plaster changing a different color where there is a return jet, if so what can be done before it gets any worse?

I don't really see a problem in your pic. Can you better point out the differences you see.

@onBalance

The water coming out of the jet is wearing away the plaster cream and increasing the exposure of the aggregate. Point the jet upward and perhaps take some sandpaper to it if it is rough to the touch.

Thank you onbalence,
right now it is just a smooth wall 3/4" pipe, what can i put in there to point it up?

My spa has the same pipe and right after the build I noticed one of the jets had more flow than the others the pool guy checked it and put a tool into the hole and said there was no insert in that one so he put one in and fixed the issue. Does anyone know what he put into the hole could have been? I think if he could put an insert in to reduce flow or redirect it I can put something in these baja shelf holes to redirect the flow better.

Hi All,
I took my pipe camera and inserted it into the spa return jet and took a photo, any idea what this is in the pipe?
