So I’ve noticed an up tick in chlorine use over the past month. I was running at 3 cups per day of 10% LC when my cya was at 80. (Start of the season) Now I’m using a quart plus of the same 10% with my cya at 60. Since April, I’ve burnt off 20 ppm of cya due to sun and fill water from evaporation. My question is, is this normal consumption of FC this time of the year in AZ? And, am I better off adding some cya back in to give the FC a little more sunscreen??
