Greetings…
I have a leak at a union in my pvc plumbing, between my pump and filter.
I will try and post a picture.
The leak has just arisen after a couple of years, and is the result of the 1” PVC not having been cut square.
I had intended to replumb the whole thing until my wife suggested I try and use epoxy.
Please see attached pictures…
My question is what epoxy would be appropriate?

That leak is not at the pipe but the union. There is more than enough pipe in the union, even though not cut completely square as long as there was enough glue used.
Never use epoxy on plumbing, it will eventually leak anyway and make the proper repair, if needed, much harder.
Listen to Pool_Medic, lube and tighten the union.
Be sure to remove all the old Teflon tape from the pump fitting and wrap at least 5 more new wraps starting from the open end. Yeah, I know. Everyone recommends 3, but 5 has never failed me, 3 has.
