Puzzling TA

Due to a high CYA around 110, I've replaced 2/3 of the water with fresh new water.
The problem is that I've measured the new TA and it's 184. I've also measured the water from the municipal waterwork and it's high out of scale.
What should I do?

Maintain your pH in the 7s and your TA will come down over time. It is difficult to get a low TA when you have high TA fill water.

Adjust other chemicals to keep your CSI below 0.6 and preferably 0,3.

Low TA is not that important for vinyl liner pools.
