Purple powder laying on bottom of Pool

I've vaccumed my pool getting ready to close I'm seeing purple power when I brush it after vacuuming to waste what is the purple stuff laying on bottom? Do I need to vacuum to waste again? What causes this problem I've never had issues before. Help!!!
 
Sounds like copper cyanurate.

Do you have a picture?

Is there copper in the water?

What is the CYA?

What was added recently?

Based on your other posts, copper cuanurate is the likely suspect. You probably need a full drain and refill, but that might not be doable, depending on your situation. Draining can cause serious damage to a pool.
