Purex Minimax 400 Heater won't start

Turned it on today and there are 4 LED's. Power, pressure turn on but heat and service do not.
Don't hear the usual clicking and whining to start it up.
Board was replaced in May 19 when the service light was coming on.

We have had a huge rain here, should I wait for it to dry out? Or is this completely unrelated?

Strange it won't turn on but service light does not come on....scratching my head...
 
You need to work through what safety switch is not working like shown in this video...
