Pump Won't Start

I have a Hayward Tristar with a Century 2 HP motor. Last week, the motor started humming and was hard to get started. I had to push the on/off button several times. The motor would hum and then shut off. After hitting the button a few times, it finally fired up. Now, it just hums and shuts off. I replaced the capacitor with no luck, so I thought the motor might be bad. I took the motor to a repair place and it worked just fine when the guy wired it up. He said it may be an electricity issue??.
I reinstalled everything and have the same issue. I am using an Intermatic digital timer. When I push the on/off button, there is a clunk sound in the electric box, the pump hums for a couple seconds and then shuts off. Any help would be appreciated!

I think your timer is wired incorrectly.

Show wider pictures.

I need to see the CB powering the timer and pump and where the wires go to the timer.

Which wires are to the pump?

What do you believe is connected to Circuit1, Circuit2, and Circuit3 of the timer?

The timer has worked fine for over ten years in the same configuration. The problem just started a week ago.

Remove the warning protector so all the wires connected to the timer can be seen.
 
That's in one of his top photos with a bunch of red and black wires. I think the timer crapped out unless he lost his main into the box. For that the breaker supplying this panel needs to be checked first. What is the voltage across 1 and 2? If it's zero then check the supply breaker.
 

Help Wiring New Pump

I am replacing my Hayward dual speed pump with a Xtremepower dual speed. On the Hayward, there are four wires (Red, Black, Blue, and Green). On the new pump, there is a switch to change speeds from low to high. The wiring of the new pump has only two connections and a ground. The Hayward has...

When I flip the breaker, the timer powers up. There is a display. When I turn the breaker on, r10 is displayed for a second and then the display comes on normally.
