pump to easytouch

I have a question about connecting my VS pentair pump to my Easytouch controller. Do put the 22oAC to a CB so there is power on the pump all the time or through the relay in my easytouch controller. The control wire from the pump is connected to the control BD?

Yes, power to the breaker and comm cable to the easytouch.
