Pump seals

I plan on changing my pump seals on my Hayward Tristar VS 950. I purchased a kit, but am unsure what most of the seals are. Can anyone identify them along with this spring that I received. Thanks-

If you look at the diagram HERE, you'll see the small O-ring is for the diffuser. The large odd-shaped seal is for the seal plate housing. I believe the O-ring in the middle of the others is for your pump basket clear lid. At the bottom are your shaft seals. The ceramic half gets pressed into the seal plate while the spring portion goes into the back of the impeller.

Found this seal crushed like this. Can this be the cause of a no-prime. This was in the pvc connection that connects to the pump strainer

Ahhhh heck...I changed all the seals in the kit and it is still not working. I’m gonna break down for a new pump.
