Just put in a genuine Hayward GO KIT 3 and Slinger on my 7 y/o Super Pump. No issues at all. Much easier when you don't disconnect the wiring; pita getting those wires out and back in a 90 elbow.
I cannot stress enough that when you replace the seals/gaskets/slinger, USE THE GENIUNE HAYWARD Go Kit 3 and Slinger !!!
I replaced the seals/gaskets/slinger back in Feb. 2021 after the great Texas freeze ruined the originals. BUT STUPIDLY, I used a knockoff go kit and slinger to save like $20 and obviously paid the price, they only lasted 3 years. The seal I just replaced was broken into several pieces = cheap Crud !
