Press the Red "Service" button and then press the "Filter" button and check if the pump screen comes on.
Screen is still blank-itcan’t be a pump issue can it. It fires up for a short time then cuts out?
Is the pump wired through the relay or directly to power?
Can you show the wiring and circuit board?
Are you comfortable working with electricity and getting into the panel?

Does the pump get the correct voltage?
Is the voltage staying correct as the pump shuts down or does the voltage drop off?
Did you check diagnostics for any errors, alerts, warnings etc?

If yes, what were the settings?
Maybe the Flow Sensor is stuck open and not detecting flow.
Maybe the flow sensor is stuck closed and it is showing Flow when the pump is off, which might trigger an error.

Fixed, something about the dip switches not being set upon installation
Did it ever work correctly?
If it was installed a year ago, why is the problem only happening now?
Maybe someone recently changed the dip switches?
Yes, it worked just fine. He cleared out a few old schedules that were in there, set it to run from 0800-3:00 and works just fine. It also seems like he reduced the motor powe somehow because it is not as loud almost like I goes into another gear.
