Pump on high? yeah but for how long?

Hi can someone give me some guidance please
I am in San Antonio Texas
I have a 12 x 25 6ft deep pool 4 jets
10 thousand-ish gallons
Hayward 1.5 dual speed pump
The pump runs 24/7 on low speed, should it run on high everyday? if so for how long?

Need more information. Do you have a SWG? Without a SWG most people are running maybe 2 hours a day but a lot depends on how much crud is in your pool that you want the skimmers to collect.

I think so, I see a power clean automatic chlorine/bromine in-line feeder

I usually put two tablets in there a week

I almost never run the pump on high speed. Only rarely when there is a lot of debris on the water that I want to clear quickly.

Have you considered changing to TFP method? For most people it works really well. Tablets will eventually.
