Pump not flowing water as it should after remodel

Hello,
We recently had our pool remodeled, ever since the flow of the water from the filter pump is not where it should be. It is trickling over at 3,100 RPM when it used to flow very nicely, full flow with power.
I stick my hand in the pool and the jets feel good / as expected. The spa jets on the other hand are very weak.

The pool guy is here now and just blew out the skimmer line and vacuum line but it is about the same.

Any help is appreciated

Troy, it would be helpful if your signature listed all of your pool and equipment info. You should also post a pic or two of your equipment pad so we can see first-hand what you have there. Maybe that will help.

After they replastered mine I found a chunk of plaster rock in the main drain return. Can you tell if the pump basket is filling up?
