Pump leaking (PS-1000)

Hi! I'm a recent pool owner, and I've been having problems with my pump leaking.
I've already replaced the pump shaft seal, assuming that was the problem originally, but it has started leaking again.
You can see a video of the leaking as well as photos of the parts I've already toyed with in this imgur post.

Does anyone know what might be causing the leak from around the pump shaft?
I'd really appreciate any help!

Hi, welcome to TFP! The ceramic shaft seals are quite fragile and very easy to crack on installation, so that might be a problem. The seal will also fail if you touch the ceramic surface with your bare fingers. Check that you have the correct seal for your pump. I tried to replace a seal that had an extra letter in the model number as the shop told me it was the same seal and would work and it did not.
