Pump hose cracked, any way to seal it until new one arrives?

Have an Intex 28635EG 1500GPH pump, and one of the pump hoses has finally cracked a little and is leaking water. Looks like the soonest I can get a new one is a few weeks. Anything I can do in the meantime to patch it enough to where I can run the filter without it leaking a ton? This is gonna be real bad if I gotta wait two weeks without running the filter :(

Ah, that's a good idea. I didn't think to get a pic earlier, sorry. But the raised ridges of the tube, that's where the cracks are at. Like if my crude drawing below is one of the many ridges on the hose, the X is where the crack is on a couple ridges, if that makes sense (ignore the A's, had to put those in to space it properly, kinda LOL)

So the hose is not smooth but corrugated. Is this a return pipe back to the pool or on the suction side headed to the pump?
Is there any way you can cut the bad section out and reattach the hose to an end point or is it in the middle of the pipe?
Any good plumbing shops nearby? Take it in and let them have a look, plumbers are magicians.
