I'll be making the jump to a SWG with an RJ-60 PLUS. At the same time, I'll be installing a new pump. Inyopools recommended that I get a PureLine Prime Variable Speed Pool Pump 1.65 HP - PL2605 as a variable speed replacement for my current pump. Do you foresee any issues with me going with this pump in light of the SWG I'll be using? Thanks.

I would get their 2.7 hp pump instead so you can run it at a lower rpm for the same water flow. Less electricity and quieter.
Be sure the pump has the relay to control the SWCG.

The SWCG does not care one way or the other... Get the PureLine VS pump that has the extra output that will control the SWCG's AC power input...
