Proper levels after drain?

After I drain and refill my pool what are the ideal chemical levels for a 20000 gallon in-ground pool in the state of Texas

Recommend levels are here, Pool School - Recommended Levels. CYA for a non-SWG pool in TX is 50-60. For Dallas water specifically you will want your TA around 60 and your pH will want to be at 7.8, when it gets to 8.0 lower it to 7.6. Raise CH to 250 ppm if it is lower than that.
