Things are coming along fairly quickly this week. Decking and plumbing are almost finished and the electrical should be complete in a couple of days.
When I asked the PB about the Kool deck, he said it wasn’t in the contract. My wife and I remember him saying that it was part of the package and he’s going to honor that and it will be applied tomorrow after the inside “concrete” is applied. Hopefully the liner should be installed on Thursday.
After so much waiting, it’s all happening at once.
Any experience with Kool Deck, color recommendations?
