I am having all the same problems with my IC20. Tried everything from this thread with similar results as you described. What did you end up doing? Were you able to fix it?

Hiya. I haven’t heard back from OP. But it seems our problem IS actually the flow… losing oomph over time. We must have an air or water leak somewhere, just have to take everything apart to find it!
