Problem with Pool Hot Tub

I had my pool replastered 2 yrs ago, they broke the fitting for the spa jets. Ths fitting is ok but the value jet inside was broke. They put new jets in and now when spa is on the water bubbles up the air vent line. I remove jetts and it runs fine.

Any ideas or how do i get the right jet.

Pools is Anthony & syslvin 2004 model, with hayward parts
