Pro Logic No Power

I went out to manually turn on my pool filter and there is no power to the pro logic - checked the breaker and all is good. The pool heater has power. Any suggestions before I start making calls? Greatly appreciate it.

Did you open it up and check if you have voltage at the power connection screws with a multimeter?

Yes, I just did. Confiming power is showing on the meter.

Tested power where exactly?

Yes, tested to the power connection screw on the fuel.

Heres a picture with the cover off - the screen loosk funky in the picture but its just glare, doesn't appear like that in person.
