Yes, but it is best to have the system run off a schedule.. Like this (Just an example..)

Pool from 8 am until 8 pm
Cleaner from 9 am until 11 am..

So, the Pool circuit is on for the entire time you want the pump to run.. And the cleaner just starts and stops inside the Pool run time.
