Have AQR15. Voltmeter indicates power is getting to the main box, yet the Power LED is not on. No power is getting to cell. Replaced thermistor (AS32 2R025) and fuse (20 amp) about 5 months ago, and everything worked as it should (with invaluable help from TFP) until now. Am at a complete loss as to how to proceed.

Henry,

Does your Control Center run off of 120 or 240 VAC??? If 240 VAC, did you test between the two hot leads (L1 to L2) or did you test L1 to ground and L2 to ground and add the results together???

Thanks,

Jim R.

Do you mean the control unit is dead? Based on what you've checked, it can only be the wires leading to it, or its internal power supply. I don't like to encourage people to go poking around in high voltage areas, but the next step is for "someone" to check voltages inside the controller. If there's power getting to the line side of its power supply, then the controller has given up. Either its power supply or motherboard is kaput. If there's no voltage in the box, then you have a faulty connection or a loose or broken wire between the breaker and the controller.
