We had a bad storm and power is out. Going on 3 days. I have taken out big debris and branches out. Now just random leaves. I have been trying to keep at slam level and moving water around. Any other things I should be doing until I get power back and can run the pump?

Sounds like you're on the right track. 
Sweep, brush, and move the water around to circulate the chlorine you add manually. Hang in there!

Been out since Tuesday.
We do have a generator so I ran an extension cord to the pool and am using the pool cover pump to keep the water moving.
