Powder-coated vs stainless rails and ladder

For the same price, I can choose the hammered steel powdered coated or stainless handrail and ladder. Does anyone have any insight to these choices other than the look?

I don't know the answer but here is a bump to get it in front of more eyes.

Anything other than stainless may absorb more heat from the sun, possibly making it a bit warmer to the touch. Especially if the coating is going to be a darker color.

Thanks KimKats and Pool Clown. I ended up going with Stainless. My research showed that as soon as there is a little tear in the coating, it rusts quickly and thoroughly. I also wasn’t as excited about the matte finish, but that is a personal preference.
