Possible scale.

I might have scale in my pool. I have been keeping ph in range. But I keep seeing more and more discoloration on my plaster. Thoughts?

Can you post a fresh set of water test results? Also confirm which test kit you are using. In the pics I also see some debris on the water's surface, possibly calcium flakes. Is that correct? Have you ever tried gathering any of the suspected calcium scale and placing a few drops of acid or vinegar on it to see if it fizzles?
