Ok I have a pool / spa combo. both have popup cleaners. I told I have a 3-way bypass valve that when set to the middle position both the pool and the spa work, work meaning the popup heads are coming up and moving water. if i turn it fully counter clockwise it should turn off the popup in the spa and be pool only (this seems to work.) but if I turn it fully clockwise it should stop the pool cleaners and turn on just the spa. This does not seem to be working.
what am I missing? I thinking that maybe the 3-way valve was put together wrong??????
