Poor PebbleTec Install?

We have had a lot of issues with our builder. This started in August last year and we are just trying to get finished now.

They installed PebbleTec yesterday and acid washed today. The pool is currently filling.

I do not like the mottled appearance in a lot of places. Seems almost like the coating was too thin. I also have noticed cracks already along jets on the walls.

I have attached pictures. Does anyone know if either of these things are issues? Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Welcome to TFP.

Mottling and spider cracks are not major issues. Plaster does that. There are things that could have been done to minimize it but it is too late now.
