Hello, today I purchased the poolmath app subscription for 1 year.
I cannot enter the PH NUMBER. My PH is 7.8 but the dot or comma does not work so my entry becomes 78. A bit on the High side.
Also, when I enter my Postal Code, it's not recognized. I get a message "Did your phone take a swim? Cannot connect to cloud. I have the Android version.
Can you help.

when I was getting that message a week or two ago, I finally un- and re- installed, that fixed it
 
I can only enter a decimal value if I switch my phone to English US. If I leave my phone in French with English as second language it still does not work
