poolmath app

I got a new phone but have no idea what account my poolmath app uses as that information is not available from the app. How do I find that out? I tried forgot password but it does not accept my email address.

Thanks I am in now it was looking for my forum account. I tried the same thing later and it worked. Not sure what was going on I entered credentials 10 times and it kept failing. I'm in now so all is well!
