iAquaLink is offline

Hi,

I have just installed my Zodiac Exo IQ, it has the built in wifi, the Android phone app connects to and controls the chlorinator so its not a wifi issue...

OwnerPortalAngular is showing the chlorinator but if I click on "Device Status" it just shows:

Your iAquaLink is offline. Please contact technical support, or your installer.
Status : Offline
Serial Number : JT2000xxxx

Its been at offline from the get go and its been 4 days now.

I emailed [email protected] & [email protected] 72 hours ago but nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks, no progress, maybe the exo iq isn't compatible with the owner center web portal, I want to get Jandy iAqualink setup but its failing and I'm suspicious that's connected to the web not working. Android control works great.

I may try to hunt down the home assistant iaqualink integration maintainer and try that way.

I reached out to Florent (flz - Overview) via email to ask about the home assistant issue and he responded within a few minutes, so cool, exo is not supported by the included hass integration and Florent has a dev build of hass with the exo support included:
