PoolBoiy Electric Solar Blanket Reel ?

Dose anyone have experience with the PoolBoy electric solar cover reels? It’s getting very difficult for me to reel and unreel my solar blanket. I know it’s mostly because the tubes are worn and droop in the middle. So, I will be replacing the reel soon. Saw the PB-1 reel by PoolBoy. Looked interesting. Just curious if anyone has used it?

When I read your post I thought the reel was solar powered. That got my curiosity up and I went looking at their website and see it is powered by an AC transformer or a 12V rechargeable battery.
