Pool Suface Became Rough in Last few months

Pool surface has started becoming rough in last few months. Looking at the forums, I think this might be due to Calcium Scaling. I am attaching few pictures and my current pool chemistry. Can you please advise on how to control this. Thanks.

Your water chemistry does not imply scale.

How did you get those test results?

Thanks for the quick response. I use TFTestKit for measurements.
For few months, my PH was higher (8.2-8.6) and only recently I started adding Muriatic acid to get it lower. Also, pool water temperature is generally 80-85F (we have solar heating). I just started using pool math app and it shows higher temperature can increase CSI.

The high pH is a concern.

Use Poolmath to determine CSI. Keep your CSI between -0.6 and -0.3 for awhile. See if the roughness dissipates.
