Pool startup after Tile remodel Plaster Stayed

I have had a pool out of water all summer on a remodel from a leak etc. Im finishing now and looking to startup. The plaster took a beating.

Im looking at following Jack Magic Blue startup here: https://jacksmagic.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Start-Up-Procedures.pdf with Magnetta.

Again, we had a lot of stuff hitting plaster with plaster stains and a few plaster patches. No new plaster just dried out.

My pool is chlorine 43000 gallons. I appreciate it.

I am not sure what your question/concern is. Can you share a pic to make sure we all know for sure what you are dealing with.

Why did the plaster take a beating? Did you not put a tarp or something down to protect it? That’s one expensive investment to subject to a beating. Maybe I misunderstood.
